I absolutely 100% recommend using Durak Law for your family law needs. They were very Diligent and did an excellent job communicating with me and making sure they were handling the case exactly how I needed. Clay, Michael, Steve, and Samantha were all very professional and respectful and I knew from start to finish they were taking my case seriously and working hard on it. When it was all said & done they were very reasonable and friendly and willing to work with me on the final bill, allowing me to split the payments up and pay it off in a timely manner, and even let me wait a couple of weeks to start sending payment because it was right around the holidays. 100% cannot recommend Durak Law Firm enough.

This review comes with a heartfelt thanks to the Durak Law Firm. In a time of desperation and fear Lawyer Michael Durak, has been nothing but steadfast and resolute as he handled my case. Initially I called with concerns and rather than pushing for me to sign with him as my lawyer gave me solid advice about my marriage and told me to call if things did get worse. And worse they got. From then on my lawyer and his team Jessica Samantha and Clay have done their absolute best to ensure the best possible legal outcome. They were EXTREMELY flexible with my payments and Clay talked me from a ledge or two. This team shows empathy, but most importantly confidence and the skill set to match. I cannot recommend this firm enough for whatever your troubles are. Legal issues are scary and tough, this law firm can guide you through it all.

I hired Durak Law to represent me in my divorce and interacted with Mike, Sean, Doug and Jennifer. Jennifer was my lifeline during this divorce and was available via text/email throughout the entire process. She knew every detail of my case and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience, clarity, compassion and professionalism. I can't thank her enough for her support and working tirelessly to protect my interests and advocate for me. I only met Mike during my initial visit and then was briefly represented by Sean. During the hearing I was represented by Doug, who arrived late and didn't appear to know any details of my case prior to arriving. He seemed distracted during the hearing and took calls during my final negotiations. He returned to the room after one call (almost an hour long) and didn't review the paperwork before our final signing. He asked me if I reviewed it and said he felt confident enough in my review that he just signed the paperwork. This did end up with me losing thousands (due to the construction of the sentences in the legal document) contrary to what we had negotiated and should have been caught by him had he reviewed the document. On the other hand, I gained much more in my divorce than expected with Jennifer's expertise and guidance and am forever grateful that I chose Durak Law to represent me.

I scheduled a phone consultation that ended with me being told that I have "a good shot at 50/50 custody from the sounds of it." and told to wait for a follow up call that I never got. Called them back and scheduled another phone consultation which I also never got. My case has a couple things that may make it more difficult than most and I think that is a reason why I was just told what I wanted to hear to get me off the phone.
