This is probably one of the most important reviews I have ever posted. My husband and I were hit in our lane by a driver who crossed the line. We both had the same insurance company and although we weren't at any fault, our own insurance company made it impossible to get my hospital bills paid. After daily aggravation trying to get help from our own insurance company, we finally handed it over to Ehrhardt, Elsner and Cooley. This was not because we wanted to sue, we simply wanted to get my bills covered and although we did everything in our power to work with our insurance company, it became very clear that they had no intention of making us whole. Aspen was our point of contact and I never once had to wait for my questions to be answered, she was on it! I am so thankful that my bills have been covered and that I simply handed this mess over... they truly managed an incredibly stressful situation for me. I can not stress this more, do not try to deal with an insurance company on your own. They are not there to protect you especially if you are unfortunate enough to get hurt by someone else who is insured by the same company. You will get absolutely no help, let the professionals take over and work on your behalf. I can not thank them enough for all their hard work.

Josh Cooley was recommended by a firm in California (where we live) for an accident that happened to my wife in Alaska. When I was laying in a hospital bed after being attacked by a dog. I thought how am I going to pay for this, no one ever takes a these cases. It’s going to be bills and a bum leg. Then I heard about 907legal and these guys not only took my case they, but they empathized with me. I never felt worried once about my case during recovery. They truly put my mind at ease working with me every step.
