I don’t usually write negative reviews, but my experience with Ellion Green needs to be shared. I hired him for a custody and child support case expecting professionalism and reliable guidance. Instead, I was left frustrated and unsupported. Communication was terrible. I constantly had to follow up just to get simple updates. At times, it felt like he didn’t care about my case at all — no urgency, no attention to detail, and no sense of responsibility toward what I was going through. Even more concerning, he showed very little knowledge about child support laws and how the process works. Basic questions went unanswered or were explained incorrectly, leaving me confused and stressed during a situation where accuracy really matters. For the amount of money I paid, I expected someone who was prepared, informed, and willing to advocate for me. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I cannot recommend Ellion Green. He did not provide the care, guidance, or legal knowledge that a custody and child support case requires.

I am incredibly grateful for my lawyer. He is a true shark - strong, confident, and quick to protect you. I went through a very difficult moment during the divorce process when my husband tried to harass and insult me, and he turned that highly uncomfortable situation into something powerful and almost therapeutic for me. I recently hired Elliot to represent me and I am super happy that I did. I loved how hands on he was, super quick to respond to messages, and extremely knowledgeable on all things not just divorce. I really appreciated that early on he wanted to meet in person and go over my case, that really meant a lot to me to get a sense of vibe. From the initial meeting i felt great confidence and knew he was my guy. In the end my case was resolved quickly, and im super grateful to him for getting it done swiftly! THANK YOU!

Be aware of this lawyer. He deletes any honest reviews, so check Yelp to see what others really say about him. He takes on too many clients and ends up completely overloaded. Every time you go to court with him, he shows up unprepared. When the judge asks why forms weren’t submitted — forms he’s had months to file — he just says, “I’m sorry, I’ll do it by next week.” So the judge just has to reschedule the conference for another 5-6 month. Because of him, a simple case with just one contested issue that could’ve been done in 6–8 months is now dragging on for almost three years. He’s very mediocre, and I wouldn’t recommend hiring him. But if he happens to be your opposing party’s lawyer, that’s could be a good thing for you 😉. Just be patient, because he’ll make the case take forever.
