Lana was recommended by every single lawyer we asked in the Spokane and Pullman-Moscow area for the 601 waiver. She responded by herself extremely quickly — even on Saturdays, Sundays, late at night, and during her vacation. Because we only had 30 days to apply for the 601, Lana’s timely responses and her very professional legal note made all the difference. We received the approval notice very quickly. Honestly, without Lana, we probably wouldn’t have gotten approved so fast. Trust me — every penny spent here is absolutely worth it.
