I will never endorse or recommend this law firm again. Completely unprofessional, with an outrageous lack of communication. I had to find out through social media that the person I believed was handling my case is no longer with the firm. No one ever contacted me to inform me of this change or update me on who would be taking over. To make matters worse, I have never spoken to — or even been introduced to — the person allegedly handling my case now. It was me all the time trying to contact them. Never again. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a law firm.

I can definitely say that the people here are extremely helpful and empathic. It feels like I’m dealing with a family member. I usually feel awkward and weird talking to people about my life and it does not feel that way here. My husband and I felt very comfortable and welcomed at EM. I would and have recommended people to come here for help. They answer all my questions (I have plenty!) lol. Btw Juan was our Lawyer and he was AMAZING AND SO PROFESSIONAL. If your looking for someone you can trust and is helpful …. EM IMMIGRATION IS THE WAY!

This lawfirm has literally changed my life. They helped me with my case with the most extraordinary diligence. I can not thank them enough. Juan Marrero + Katerin Trinidad + rest of the team took my case as serious as they would've taken their own. They were there for me every step of the way, and scheduled Zoom meetings for my questions every single time I requested it. To keep things private I won't mention what kind of immigration help they serviced me with, but all I can say — it has been an absolute success since I left my paperwork in their hands. From the bottom of my heart, thank you guys.
