Dealing with Carmen and her team was an excellent experience! From the first consultation until the end, her entire team was great at answering any questions, returning phone calls and emails. I was unaware of the preparation for the full package for my wife's and stepdaughter's resident visas. Carmen and her team were extremely clear on what I would need, on top of every step of the way and helping until the final step. In the end, the final decision is made by an US agent, but without Carmen's help, the preparation and the process would have been an uphill battle that I did not want to take on. Money well spent!
