My late husband and I initially worked with the FamilyFirstFirm to develop a gun trust and were extremely impressed with the staff of that office. Since that time, I have retained their services a couple of times, most recently to assist me with the legal hurdles in settling my late husband's estate and have been very impressed with the kindness and professionalism of every member of the staff of that firm. I would not hesitate to recommend them without reservation to anyone needing legal assistance and guidance with elder law issues as well as estate business. They are patient, professional, excellent at answering questions!!!! Just wonderful!!!!

I highly encourage you to contact this firm. Everyone I interacted with was kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and professional. They were supportive and helpful throughout the process. I cannot imagine navigating the Medicaid process without them. They successfully helped my loved one get approved for Medicaid in a very short amount of time. I highly recommend Family First Firm for all your Medicaid needs. It started with the first phone call with Mario. He made me feel that this Law Firm is competent and ready to listen and see how they can help. Geoff Hoatson who is the CEO is professional and so down to earth he made us feel comfortable and eased our stress. Catisha Joseph in Medicaid coordinator was knowledgeable and so helpful. Maria Rodenbrock Medicaid Specialist helped with our application process and she went above and beyond to get the outcome we wanted. Maria was very patient and explained EVERYTHING to us so that we could understand. I cant say enough about the entire staff . Thank you all so very much!!!

As my parents grow older, they want to build something sustainable and secure for their children’s future. Gabriella was extremely helpful, kind, and accommodating with every question we had about estate planning, and gave us all of the information we needed to know to be comfortable with setting up a proper guardianship in the future. Would highly recommend!
