They handled both my and my husband’s adjustment of status process, and everything went smoothly and successfully from start to finish. ** Update 6/2026** I just wanted to provide an update on my son's case, handled by Mr.Yaniv. The National Visa Center approved his case, now he is waiting for the interview to be scheduled. I can't thank their service enough, special thanks and gratitude to Vilmary, she is very attentive and is always there to answer questions. ** 2/2026 ** I am glad to have Lavy & Feiner as my immigration lawyer. They did everything right for my immigration petition to my son. Vilmary Franceschini is very attentive to my concerns in regards to the process and next steps as advised by Mr. Yaniv who is a great lawyer, and you can count on them for any immigration issues. My son's case is still in process, but his provisional waiver was just approved thanks to their hard work and honesty. I truely recommend them for any immigration case.
