Hello! Josh Rinker was an exceptional advocate for our son. He kept us well informed throughout the process. The fact that he was compassionate for our situation, but was also forthright on realistic expectation. He never sugar coated anything. In our opinion, his compassion and his honesty are two traits we would look for in a lawyer. Josh responded to our questions and concerns in an extremely timely manner and we never felt rushed when we spoke with him. I can’t thank Adam enough for all of his great work and dedication with my court case. I was a father seeking equal parenting time with my daughter after a nasty divorce. Adam went to bat for me and navigated me through the process which ended with the ex wife finally agreeing to equal parenting time with our daughter right before trial was going to be set 🙏🙏🙌. Adam informed me of the things that could come along with me filing and what his thoughts were about my case. Adam makes sure you understand the legal terminology, makes sure you understand what you are agreeing or not agreeing to and is prompt in answering your questions/concerns that come up. I would highly recommend Adam to anyone going through what I did. My only regret was not hiring him sooner, he really has you/your child’s best interest at heart-hands down. Hired Phil Finegan and he told me he was going to do a bunch of things in accordance to my case and I let him know from the beginning I wanted to counter sue for the false charges. Didn't really do anything on my case til the last week and then when we got to court they threw it out but, he didn't advise me if I took that deal, Bloomington would put different charges on me for trying to get my gun back and suing for lost wages and the $10,000 I'll be paying on a high interest loan for the next 4 years!! I had to school him on how courts go by facts. Im not insinuating anything but, I believe they are all in cahoots for money grabs, just scratching each other's backs all the way to the bank while hard working people like myself get screwed over.

Bottom of the barrel. The lack of communication was worse than normal for lawyers, but rinker set all the final dates for my case then withdrew in the very same hearing, right after I agreed to everything. Even before the motion was officially granted he ceased representing me, but did offer not to bill me for the time he spent on the withdrawal if I didn't object. Watch out
