Fisher Law was an incredible firm to work with. They were kind and professional during a very difficult time. Analisa Smith was especially great! Her services were prompt and she never hesitated to help me with what I needed.

Definitely NOT recommended. I would give zero stars if I could. Grace presented herself as willing and available to take on our case, but she ended up stalling the case for no valid reason. She did not communicate about the case, and we had to continuously e-mail and call in order to get a response. The response was consistently that nothing had changed, and then she would deduct funds from our deposit in order to send an e-mail that nothing had changed. It was a VERY frustrating experience, especially since she was aware upfront about our time schedule and she agreed. Yes, the court system is a slow process but we were able to hire a new lawyer who immediately began productive work on our case and who immediately filed the appropriate filings. In the few months that we hired Grace, no important filings were filed with the court and precious time and money was lost. We have asked for what was remaining in our trust account, and she has not sent the money back. It has been months. Moreover, this is just a brief summary about the experience we had. I don't recommend hiring Grace if you are looking for a consistent and communicative attorney who will work for you in a timely manner. Update: The money was sent back soon after I posted this. You will not find my name in your records, as my spouse was the primary name on the account.

Posting regarding my husband's experience with Stacey. He was warned by another attorney that she'll do anything to run up the bill, but he didn't listen. She frequently pressured him to take actions in his case that seemed like too much or unnecessary and he frequently came out on the losing end. She doesn't care about the client. It's all a money grab. Fortunately we found a new attorney. Much more capable and honest at a much better cost. EDIT: Insisting that they have no record of my husband being a client is dishonest, when they have no clue who my husband is.

The parenting plan drafted and filed by Nicole Fisher does not meet the minimum requirements for the MO statute. The typos are numerous. Attention to details is lacking. Communication was terrible and at times dismissive and demeaning. Gina, who answers the phone, tries to help. I had to continue my court appearance because Nicole hadn't filed the necessary documents and wasn't prepared. During meditation, Nicole was aggressive and threatening towards me. I'm interviewing new attorneys to fix the mess. I've read the other reviews here. They are either great or terrible. My take is the effort is spent if she likes the client. If Nicole refers to you or your case or anything in it as 'stupid', if you feel like you are in the twilight zone, or if things don't track from one conversation to another, get a new lawyer immediately.

Stacey and Analisa were fantastic to work with! They were knowledgeable, kind and firm, and always easily reachable. They kept me updated and in the loop every step of the way and made me feel really confident about the entire situation. I would absolutely recommend them for any family law needs!
