If you find yourself needing a divorce attorney, I would highly- HIGHLY recommend Will Holloway. Will and his team were extremely professional and engaged in my case from start to finish. Immediately after filing for a divorce, my (now ex-) wife had filed an Order of Protection (O of P) against me that initially kept me from seeing my children for a couple of weeks. I was very worried, to say the least, and after asking several friends who they knew or heard of as the best divorce attorney in the area, Will was one of the names mentioned. During my first meeting with Will, it was not difficult for me to see why he was recommended. Other lawyers I had interviewed prior to Will typically would start off telling me of their experience as divorce attorneys and what I could expect working with them. Will started by asking me questions about my experience. He listened and then gave a clear picture of what was happening, what was at stake, and gave sound legal advice as to what I should do. Before the end of that first meeting, I knew Will was the attorney I wanted to have represent me. He counseled and negotiated for me in such a way that at the end of the O of P hearing, I was able to have fair parenting time with my children… And he continued to do so through the entire case with the result I was able to have 50-50 parenting time as part of our Final Agreement. He also negotiated fair terms for other significant aspects such as financial arrangements and major decision-making aspects that were best for our children and protected me and my rights. I know lawyers have “a reputation,” if you will… and if Will is not careful, he’s going to give lawyers a good name! He’s a man and lawyer of high integrity, competence, and wisdom. He’s also tough- VERY tough, but in a good way. Tough, fair, and reasonable. Out of 5 stars, I would give Will and his team 6 or more.

I worked with Will Holloway on a complex family law case and can say without hesitation: he is the real deal. From the beginning, Will was honest, professional, and incredibly sharp. He didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear, he educated me on how the law actually applied to my situation. That clarity gave me the confidence and courage to move forward at every stage. I am so appreciative to Mr Holloway and his top notch legal assistant September for working with me during this very difficult time of divorce. Mr Holloway excelled in his ability to be supportive, think creatively, his knowledge of the law, and navigate complex financial matters involving multiple layers of financial abuse against myself and children and other members of my family. He and September knew that when financial abuse is involved having the proper documentation and having it organized are critical. Forensic accounting and valid documents do not lie. He really went the extra mile for me and my children. He listened to my concerns and acted within that framework to represent me in this difficult divorce.
