Ryan Sink was my employment attorney. From the first time we spoke I saw Mr. Sink as being thorough and detailed in his work. He explained the process the whole way and answered my questions. He contacted me often to keep me updated, as well. I appreciated that! I am grateful to Mr. Sink for being up front and very honest to help guide me through . I appreciate his hard work and tenacious approach. 💯 Thank you, Ryan Karen May
Ryan Sink was wonderful to work with. He was professional, prompt, honest, and kind. I highly recommend working with him!
Worst first meeting with this lawyer EVER . He ask me all about my case and then he proceeded to tell me all the fees and charges to even take on my case not knowing all the details I have been harassed by my employer as an ADA cancer patient. He didn’t care for any of that just told me their fees and hang up on me . Do not recommend at all . Get your case somewhere else .
Ryan Sink was wonderful from start to finish, he made the entire process simple. Once I contacted him, he made himself immediately available for a consultation and to look over evidence and laws. He was in constant communication and I never had to wonder what’s going on or wait for a response. Ryan was able to guide me through every step and explain everything to me that I needed to know. His negotiating skills and demeanor are top notch. Ryan made the experience peaceful for me, where I could focus on my own life without the stress and worry of legal stuff. I would and will recommend him to anyone who might need an attorney. Thank you Ryan!
Fox and Sink listened to me and believed me when no one else did. Other lawyers I spoke to just assumed my case would be too hard, and if they were even willing to consult with me, wanted several thousands up front just to get started. Ryan genuinely heard me. He was still straightforward and honest, didn't just blow smoke or anything—he let me know there were no guarantees, but he was still going to be fair with me, and I could tell he believed that what I experienced was real and worth addressing, and that I wasn't just being whiny or litigious. They gave me options that made the process financially feasible, even for someone who lost their income. They communicated extremely well, very clearly, and frequently, and did everything they said they would do. They also made everything I myself needed to do very clear. I didn't feel alone once through the process. I think the most important thing they provide clients is really just that benefit of the doubt. Not "benefit of the doubt but you have to pay us $$$$$ right now because this is only a 50/50 shot" but actual benefit of the doubt, and faith that I wouldn't be talking to them if I was just angry and dense and wanting to get back at someone. That was the hardest part of all of this, approaching lawyers with my case and getting that feeling like they just thought I was wanting to get back at someone. That was absolutely not the case with Fox and Sink. I wasn't just a client or paycheck to them, but an actual person who was dealt a bad hand, and who was worth helping. If my case had not gone the way it did (positively), I'm sure they knew that would have affected both of us, but they took it anyway because they're good people who believe employees and want to fight for them regardless. Of course, every case is different, and they're going to approach each case differently—but they aren't going to just roll their eyes at you, or turn you away, or treat you like they assume you're just after money. They actually care about employees being treated fairly, and they care very much about the actual law, and educating you. I will always recommend them to anyone who even has a question that something that happened to them at work may not be right.
