We were very fortunate to find an attorney who cares genuinely about us not for our money. Ms. Froncillo was very attentive to my wife's case, and did a superb job in putting together the application for her permanent residency application with all the necessary documents. She was very responsive from the start to the finish-line. She even went above and beyond to follow up the application processing even after we moved out of the state and hired another attorney during the last phase of processing. I have been very impressed with Olivia Froncillo services as my adviser and lawyer in my application for citizenship to the USA. My wife and I did not know Olivia at all when we met her for the first time. We had picked her firm from the Yellow pages and we were a bit anxious before our first meeting with her. She immediately made us feel comfortable and explained to us in simple terms the process we were going to go through over the next few months. She gave us very sound advices tailored to our specific case and continuously monitored the progress of my application and coached me through the various steps such as filing of the application, the biometric visit and finally the interview meeting when my application was approved and I became an American citizen! Because of the covid pandemic this turned out to be a longer process than we originally expected but Olivia remained available and attentive the entire time, always ready to answer our questions and provide reassurance and support when we felt discouraged. I received NOID with less than 26 days to reply, so scared because i did the filling by myself. I went online looking for a lwayer and finally settle to discuss my issue with Olivia. Olivia don't care about money but always want you to get what you supposed to get from immigration. She helped me out to handle the case before the expected final submission date. Exactly three weeks after my application was approved and my permanent resident card for 10 years was in the mail. I never set my eyes on her, don't know her office Only spoke with her on phone and she went straight to work. I am recommending Olivia to y'all. Her reviews of documents is exceptional.
