I have been using Full Compliace, LLC since the company was started. The company that I worked for 37 years as aways done my tax return as we lived overseas most of the time. Full Compliance was the first time I had to use a tax return company on my own. It was the best tax move I made. The company and the staff are the best to work with. I would never use any other company. I was living in Miami when I started with Full Compliance. I have since moved to California and now in Nevada and still use Full Compliance.

I won't be rating this company anything higher than a 2 because it just didn't really work out for my husband and I. If you're looking to file your taxes here be ready to pay $200-375 for something you can do yourself for free on Turbotax, or find another accountant to do it for $30-100. I'm sure this company does great with bigger accounts, it's just not the place to file simple taxes. This place was recommended to us by a friend and we actually ended up not filling our taxes as we were able to get more money through Turbotax. The office is easy to find, and parking was a pain since it's on Coral Gables, and the service was acceptable. I think the process for new people should be explained better, we ended up paying $325 and we didn't even end up filling. *sigh
