communication is really bad on their end. had to reach out multiple times about my case and sometimes got an answer , sometimes didn’t. had numerous phone call appointments that they missed. i had reached out to Sergio multiple times about my case and got no response , then months later got a notice saying he removed himself from my case with no communication from him directly.
