If I could make this negative 1000 stars I would!!! We had a closing here and this was the absolute worst closing I’ve had. DO NOT CLOSE ON YOUR HOME AT THIS ATTORNEYS OFFICE! You will regret it!! The paralegal, Tammy does not answer the phone, she is over worked and you have to call multiple times to get responses. Tammy does not respond to emails. The attorney office acts as if this is their first closing ever! They have no idea what they are doing!! The buyer was told they could not add their Husband to the deed unless he’s on the loan which is not true. We arrived at claim and they said we balanced and didn’t realize it until 45min in. 0/10 I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

I can’t say enough great things about Ryan Swancy and his team! They have always done an outstanding job handling everything for me.
