When filing a divorce while being a stay at home mom and having five children you have to look for the best of the best to represent you. I am so happy I came across Genesis! I had a consult with Kim and had many questions, and just was awfully stressed out.. Kim took me in and was very thorough and explained the process and answered a lot of my questions. She made me feel comfortable, she took a huge weight off my shoulders and she also took all the time that was needed to make sure I was aware of every step that I needed to take and was COMFORTABLE. at any time of the day that i was unsure of something or if an incident occurred she was available and that’s where she deserves all the stars! Communication, compassionate, professionalism, intelligent is just a few words to say the least. 10/10 😉😊

Five stars for Samantha Sharples. We have a complex child custody case with parents on either side of the nation, making this matter even more complex. Not all attorneys can handle such cases with UCCJEA aspects. We have unfortunately been in and out of court for years, though Samantha has soaked up our years of history that she’s been provided, and has proven she knows my case sometimes better than I do. I can trust that she will take the information we provide her, and I know she is going to draft a great motion and represent my case well, and aggressively. She has been more than fair with her billing, unlike some of my attorneys in the past, and seems to get an incredible amount of work done in little time. I hope to never go through this process again, but would trust Samantha or her partners if I need to.

I'm pleased to write this letter of commendation of Attorney Matt Motley. I was Matt's client for 1 1/2 years. I had never before engaged an attorney, nor had to get a legal action through a court. As such, I was anxious about the impending divorce process. The case was unnecessarily lengthy. It was also contentious due to the lack of cooperation from opposing counsel and defendant's Guardian/Conservator. Matt handled all the many obstructions with complete equanimity.
