am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Goel & Anderson. Throughout my RFE process, the firm demonstrated a concerning lack of proactiveness, urgency, and basic care for the human impact of their delays. Due to their prolonged turnaround times and lack of communication, my case languished, forcing me into a continuing unpaid Leave of Absence (LWOP). This negligence caused severe and direct financial stress to my family. Most heartbreakingly, because of their inaction, I was forced to move out of the country without a final response or resolution to my case. When you entrust an immigration law firm with your career, your livelihood, and your family's legal status, you expect a high standard of advocacy and responsiveness. Unfortunately, Goel & Anderson failed completely on all fronts. I would not recommend their services to anyone whose livelihood depends on timely and diligent legal work.
