Nathan Goin was such a life saver for me and my family! After months of my workers comp not paying me the benefits I was due, even to the point my employers were calling asking why I wasn't being paid, Nathan went in and quickly got my benefits moving! I was injured and pregnant, and I don't know if it was the hormones or how he actually is, but I truly felt he was there for me when I needed him most and he worked so hard to stay on top of my case and get me the desired outcome. First of all I want to start by saying a BIG HUMONGOUS THANK YOU NATHAN! I WILL FOREVER BE IN YOUR DEBT FOR EVERYTHING YOU’VE DONE AND DEFENDING ME IN COURT. THERES IS NOT ENOUGH THANK YOUS IN THE WORLD FOR WHAT YOU HAVE DONE. Nathan is a very smart, educated, intelligent, kind human being. I went to Nathan because I felt something was wrong and my job was treating me poorly because I got hurt at work. This is my first time going to a lawyer and I was nervous and Nathan was very understanding and explained things I wouldn’t have understand. I gave Nathan all of my information, documents, paystubs from work and payments from FedEx insurance and Nathan took his Sweet time Examining everything since he has 15 plus years doing this and he Found 9 VIOLATIONS !!!!!!!!! from my job (FedEx, and their Insurance Sedgwick) At the court hearing I was very Scared and my whole body was shaking, my hands started to sweat , Not that I had anything to hide but because I’ve never been in this situation. All I wanted was my Truth and story to be heard because I was wronged and I wanted Justice. At the court hearing Nathan was very Professional and Let me tell you… NATHAN IS A WOLF !!!!!!!! I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT WANT TO MESS WITH THIS GUY. HE WAS MY ATTORNEY, HE WAS MY PROTECTOR AND I WAS EVEN SCARED OF HIM. I FELT BAD FOR FEDEX INSURANCE ATTORNEY BECAUSE SHE HAD TO LEARN A LESSON ABOUT THE STATE LAWS OVER AGAIN. I SAW THAT HE CRUSHED HER WITH FACTS ,RECEIPTS AND EVIDENCE HE HAS FOUND. SHE HAD NO ROCK TO EVEN HIDE FROM HIS 15 YEARS plus EXPERTISE AND KNOWLEDGE . NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN PROTECTED FROM A HUMAN BEING LIKE NATHAN HE IS A WOLF, HE WILL PROTECT YOU.
