Had a case handled by Eric and he constantly had poor / late communication and was clearly way overbooked. He only called one person on our witness list while letting the opposing party take up the whole time in court calling their witnesses, only showed a a few of many exhibits that were entered to him for the case, and stood idle by while clear lies were being stated by the other party which inevitably lead to him losing the case. After complaining to Eric myself about the lack of communication and lack of help after he lost the case (while he was still our attorney) all he had to say was “the court said both parties did really good”. The last papers he filed informing the court he was no longer our attorney he spelt my wife name wrong and put wrong information.

They did an absolutely awesome job on our estate planning documents. Highly recommend them. Very thorough, polite and professional.

Since ownership changed the service has been horrible. I received hardly any updates on my cases and on one basically nothing was done but a letter to the defendant, but they made sure to charge me an arm and a leg . My other case was never completed with what Eric the attorney had said he would do . I explained I was a seasonal worker and that I would pay my bill but it would be over time but they gave me weekly calls to get their money for their poor job . I will not use this firm again.

Not only is Amy extremely effective, knowledgeable and understanding, but she was patient enough to walk me through the entire process and explain everything in great detail. Having an understanding of the process and an advocate so experienced with that process was of great comfort. If another issue like this came up again, Amy would be my very first phone call. I can't recommend her highly enough. You will be very happy with her services.
