Since ownership changed the service has been horrible. I received hardly any updates on my cases and on one basically nothing was done but a letter to the defendant, but they made sure to charge me an arm and a leg . My other case was never completed with what Eric the attorney had said he would do . I explained I was a seasonal worker and that I would pay my bill but it would be over time but they gave me weekly calls to get their money for their poor job . I will not use this firm again.

Not only is Amy extremely effective, knowledgeable and understanding, but she was patient enough to walk me through the entire process and explain everything in great detail. Having an understanding of the process and an advocate so experienced with that process was of great comfort. If another issue like this came up again, Amy would be my very first phone call.
