Andrew Barreto was the lawyer who helped file and got religious visas approved for me and my wife. Andrew was kind enough to reach out to us when the employer cancelled our religious visa without informing neither Andrew nor us due to a breakdown of relationship. USCIS advised us to leave the US. We told Andrew we were afraid to go back to our country of fear of persecution. Andrew advised that we could file for asylum though we had been in the US for 3 years and were way over the 1 year window, he said we could prove that we had extraordinary circumstances as a reason for not filing within the one year window. Long story short we are green card holders today. Thank you Andrew!!

The best thing that I ever did was to hire the attorneys at Goren and Barreto. Every one in the office is extremely nice. Most importantly, they understand the immigration process very well. They know me by my first name and knows Every detail of my case. I have a very complicated case and after more than 10 years my green card was approved. While waiting, I was able to work and get master degree.
