I have consulted with Jonathan about my immigration requirements on E-3 visa with an employer change. I put forward my case and questions on the best way forward that also suits my spouse's work permit. I genuinely believe Jonathan is BEST in this business, it took him only a few seconds to understand the case, he is very sharp and attentive and provided very clear guidance and directions on how I could approach this employer change. I am sure he does a lot of research and is completely well versed with the latest status on visa centers and wait times, which is clearly evident on how he recommends the best/fast places to process visas. The best/unique trait I love in him is his striking clarity and confidence with which he converses and provides an update, every single line. As someone who consulted with 3 other immigration lawyers (across different employers in the US), I can say Jonathan is the BEST in the country and I would highly-highly recommend him. If not for each employer having their own corporate immigration lawyers relationship, I would use Jonathan for all my E3 visa requirements whenever I change my employer. PS: I was directly benefited with his consultation today, but it is probably worth highlighting that Jonathan provides consultation in a monthly immigration session in another forum, a community in which thousands of Australians planning/moving to the US get benefited. He is a real celebrity making meaningful impacts to a lot of people.

I am usually a very objective person when it comes to reviews and I can tell that this company is the BEST. I worked with Jonathan Grode and Joshua Rolf and they are truly amazing. The amount of effort and care they put in this is FANTASTIC! I felt super confident and comfortable and they explained everything in a very very simple way. I'm sure all the reviews are paid and not from real people. I spent $250 for a consultation with Jonathan Grode, and we only spoke for five minutes. Afterward, he refused to reply to my emails and provided no useful information. The worst lawyer I've ever met. Don’t even bother with a consultation. Reply to the firm's comment: The firm's comment is somewhat funny. Why didn't Jonathan Grode inform me that the firm offers a full refund if the consultation lasts less than five minutes? It’s clear that he intentionally hid this information. The firm’s response even confirms that Jonathan Grode is one of the worst lawyers. Not only did he fail to provide me with any useful information, but he actually gave me INCORRECT legal advice that could have put my immigration status at risk. From my experience, I can attest to his lack of knowledge and professionalism, which led to providing dangerous advice to a client.
