My encounter with Greenberg, Gross, especially with Debbie who took my call, was beyond exceptional! I’m 84 years old and retired. My career spanned almost 50 years in Real Estate Development and Marketing. During that time I dealt with multiple law firms. Without exception, my conversation with Debbie immediately got my attention, as she described and shared Greenberg’s philosophy about dealing with clients and prospective clients as well. Truly caring and uniquely kind and patient. I for one highly recommend anyone in need of legal representation call Debbie at Greenberg first. You won’t regret it.

I placed a call to Greenberg gross, looking for a specific type of employment issues. I was greeted very pleasantly by a gal by the name of Debbie Morris. Although this particular firm does not handle the specific kind of info I was looking for, Debbie was kind enough to send me links and phone numbers to several agencies that might be able to help. She actually spent a few extra minutes making sure that all my questions were answered, whether it be just pointing me in the right direction. She made me feel that I was important. She also made me feel very comfortable to where I was asking her totally unrelated questions, in which she was providing answers. What an angel. For the last couple of weeks I have been thoroughly frustrated going from one agency to another trying to get help. But once that agency discovered they couldn't help me that's where our conversation ended. Debbie even ended the conversation by letting me know that if I had any issues, concerns or just questions, even though they didn't deal with any of these issues, she would be glad to hear me out and maybe at least point me in the right direction. By the time the conversation ended, I had three text messages, with no less than six to eight different places to reach out to. She even added a couple of resource links, just in case I might be having issues in other areas, that I didn't even mention. I was blown away by her kindness. I was so excited, I didn't know who to contact first. It's too bad more people can't take just a couple extra minutes to go to the extra mile to TRULY help people. The frustration I was feeling, I was so close to giving up. DEBBIE MORRIS YOU ARE TRULY MY HERO FOR THE DAY. Omg. Where were you when I was giving birth. Went through a very rough patch of life due to unexpected circumstances and had no where to turn I thought until I was referred to Greenberg Gross LLP from a friend from the first call Debbie made sure I understood the process and also explained to me how things can be handled differently case by case but she would get the best information possible from me to make sure I have the best case. Never had any issues with the communication or process and they made me feel like a member of the family not a new client.
