We have been very disappointed in the service that we have received. We hired Lisa Cagle to put together a pretty simple, cut and dry, operating agreement for our business and it took way longer than it ever should have; 6 months to be exact. Her lack of communication was possibly the most disappointing. It would take multiple phone calls, emails, and even special trips to Rapid to catch her in person at the office all to still not hear back for weeks. For a large and well established firm such as this, and the price tag that came with it, I expected much more.

I met Katie Cook on May 9th. my husband and I had just parked and to go to Prairie Eden when I tripped and fell on my face on the sidewalk. she saw what happened, helped me get up and took me across to her building where she helped me clean the blood from my mouth where I had fallen. she made sure that I was ok before I left. This was the 1st day of our vacation having come all the way from Tennessee. I could have thought that our vacation was ruined but after the compassion that Katie showed it was one of the best days of my life. thank you again, Katie you restored my faith in people.
