Harlan York & Associates is an excellent immigration law firm. This law firm helped me with my initial DACA application years ago, and I went back to them for every renewal until it was no longer needed. They’ve always made the process smooth and stress-free, which is saying a lot when it comes to immigration paperwork. At one point, I even went to Manhattan to meet with some big-name, celebrity immigration lawyers to brainstorm a solution to a unique issue I was facing. One of them was a regular on the radio and seemed impressive at first—but when it came down to it, they didn’t fully understand my situation. It became clear that media presence doesn’t always equal real expertise. That experience made me appreciate this firm even more—they truly knew their stuff and never made me feel like I had to “sell” the importance of my case. Everyone I worked with was kind (for me that was mostly Riki King and Harlan York) knowledgeable, and super patient with all my questions. I never felt like just another case—they really took the time to make sure everything was done right and that I understood what was happening. It’s been years now, and this review is long overdue. I’m still so thankful for their support. If you’re looking for an immigration lawyer who actually cares and knows what they’re doing, I definitely recommend them.

I cannot put into words how grateful I am to Harlan York & Associates, especially Lauren. When I first came to them, I was facing removal proceedings because of an aggravated felony conviction. My situation felt hopeless, but this firm immediately gave me hope and a clear plan. They not only fought hard in immigration court, but also went above and beyond by helping me pursue post-conviction relief once it was realized that one of my convictions barred me from any forms of relief. Their legal strategy and dedication completely changed the direction of my case. With their guidance, I was able to resolve my conviction issues, avoid deportation, and ultimately secure my green card. Lauren was always honest, responsive, and compassionate. She explained everything in a way I could understand and truly cared about me as a person, not just a case. Thanks to her hard work, I now have stability and a future in this country and can remain united with my family. It was an absolute joy working with everyone at Harlan York & Associates! I am really grateful to have found them. Throughout my case, I was always able to get in contact with them and actually receive answers to any questions I had. They would always let me know of any updates regarding my case.
