Scott, Ashley and Hannah were a GREAT team at Win-Win Divorce in helping me through my dissolution this past year. They were upfront about their services, costs, and processes and helped me have a successful dissolution that also didn't harm my ex (whom I worked with and her team to make sure they were treated fairly). While divorce is tough, they made the outcome successful for ALL involved and it was, as their catchphrase says, "a win-win." Lawyers as a whole may get a bad rap at times, but these lawyers and paralegals went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me and answer my many (!) questions. :) NO ISSUES. Highly recommend!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t recommend Eric Hershberger from Haynes Kessler Myers & Postalakis enough! My case lasted over two years with multiple continuances and more than $30,000 in tenant damages (it took several months to get the property ready for the next tenant). The tenants left my property in a truly deplorable state, and I honestly didn’t know how things would turn out. Through every step, Eric had everything under control. He walked me through the process, kept me informed, and responded quickly whenever I needed answers. Having legal counsel who not only knows exactly what to do but also communicates so clearly made all the difference. In the end, Eric was able to track down the tenants, prove the damages, and secure a full payout. After everything I went through, finally receiving that settlement felt like justice had been served. I’ve even uploaded some images showing the condition of my home before and after the tenants left so others can see the difference. If I could, I’d give Eric 10 stars instead of 5. He will definitely be my go to for any future legal needs! I typically don’t leave reviews, but I had to in this case!

We used Eric Hershberger and his firm. They did do diligently over their work and left no stone unturned. He was very thorough with the case. He was great at answering all of our questions and the communication was outstanding.After all said and done. Eric won our case we were awarded our funds for property damages and unpaid rent. Most importantly Eric proved in this case that noone is above the law and justice was served.

Tara Price is a phenomenal family law attorney! She always forwards any case communication from anyone involved with the case and always CCs us when sending communication out.
