We had an great experience working with Novick Haynes Immigration on our marriage-based green card application. From the beginning, Amy Novick, Joy Haynes and everyone in their team were professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. They answered our questions promptly, explained every step of the process clearly, and guided us throughout. Their team was always quick in handling their side of the process and made everything feel organized and manageable. I particularly appreciated the seamless transition from Amy Novick to her partner, Joy Haynes, during our case. The handoff was smooth, and we always felt that our case was receiving the same level of attention and care. When our application seemed to be stalled, they proactively suggested steps we could take, including contacting our congressional representative for assistance. While I cannot say for certain whether that intervention led to the outcome, I did receive approval of my green card shortly afterward, so I really appreciated Joy's suggestion and the information she provided so I could properly reach out to the congressman's office. Our entire process took about eight months from filing to approval, which, from what I understand, is a very reasonable timeline. We had a wonderful experience working with Haynes Novick Kohn Immigration. Throughout my application process, Joy Haynes and Ana De la Joya took excellent care of our case. They were always highly professional and clear in their legal advice, responsive to every question we had, and genuinely supportive and patient with us during moments of uncertainty and the anxious wait for our interview and approvals. We always felt that they cared about our case and did their best to accommodate our requests and individual circumstances. During the interview process, we also had the opportunity to work with Zachary Kohn and Annabelle Granholm. Zachary attended our interview as our attorney and made us feel confident, prepared, and reassured throughout the process. The additional documentation and legal memo that Zach and Annabelle prepared for us were extremely thorough and well written, and we truly believe they played an important role in helping us receive an approval without any additional follow-up or requests for evidence.
