I connected with Nathan Henshaw prior to him starting his own law office. Nathan immediately took me in as family. I remember finding myself at ease and welcomed into his small closet office. He appreciated my anxiety and counseled me during a period of my life where I was well a drift of a safe haven. Henshaw Law maintains at all times a deep personal interest in their clients. All of the staff are exceptional at their jobs and exceptional people. I cannot recommend seeking legal council from Henshaw Law enough.

I engaged Henshaw Law Firm for a critical child custody case, hoping for expert assistance. Instead, I faced exorbitant charges totaling $42,500, with minimal progress. Their staff, insensitive to my financial constraints as a disabled veteran, nonchalantly cited "the law" as an excuse for their incompetence. They overcharged me for trivial phone calls and allowed a child support order to pass uncontested, despite my inability to pay. Moreover, they falsified documents behind my back, showing blatant disregard for ethics. Their failure to file necessary motions further hindered my access to my son. Avoid Henshaw Law Firm at all costs. They exploit vulnerable clients, providing little to no value while laughing at your plight. A disastrous experience, not worth a single penny. Do NOT RECOMMEND.

The representation I received from Mr. Henshaw was second to none. From the beginning he felt we had a solid case to litigate, but kept my expectations realistic at the same time. The communication I received from him and his team of paralegals was far better than I would have expected, having never dealt with any sort of legal issues in the past, I was impressed. We were not able to come to an agreement with a money hungry ex over child custody before having to go to trial, so we prepared for battle and ultimately came out on top. Thanks to Henshaw Law's preparedness, we mopped the floor of the courtroom with the opposing counsel, metaphorically speaking.
