Disappointing experience with Hathaway & Kunz. They missed deadlines by months, doubled the original cost estimate without proactive communication, and failed to communicate key details affecting the project. When I raised concerns professionally, they dropped me as a client just three weeks before a response deadline at the USPTO office. This is a large, impersonal firm focused on billing hours rather than one that cares about client success. Would not recommend. You're better off going with a firm actually local to Wyoming.

They were attentive at first when I was looking into Power of Attorney for my mother and called me right back. Now that my mother has passed, it's been 3 business days, and I haven't heard from anyone regarding probate or what my next steps are. Looking elsewhere now.
