Run. I retained Kimberly J. Krzyzaniak for my divorce and, over time, experienced serious concerns with case handling and follow-through. Multiple required court filings were missed, which directly affected the progress of my case. These were not minor clerical issues, they required corrective action. As a result, I had to retain new counsel solely to identify and repair errors that should not have occurred in the first place. This led to additional legal fees, unnecessary delay, and significant stress during an already difficult period. Attempts to address these concerns and seek accountability were not met with transparency. Based on my firsthand experience, I would not recommend her representation to anyone navigating a high-stakes family law matter.

This law firm plays around too much. I asked to speak to an attorney and they want me to wait 24 to 48 hours when they could easily just pick up the phone to answer a very simple ADA question that could be a violation of my rights thanks for caring so much about my rights. Anyone who is looking for this attorney if you are looking for immediate assistance this is not the place for you.
