Traumatically horrible experience with lawyer Sarah Hart, so unprofessional, negligent, and so non-caring not just about the outcome of my case but also about the child involved that she met in person. After transferring my case to a different lawyer with different firm I won the case getting 98% of asked , yet this lawyer literally jeopardized my case and resisted to complete her duties at the time sensitive period of transfer to a different lawyer making it so stressful and extra expensive while providing no value of the service contracted. Do not waste your money on this unprofessional person that will never give you the value of service required by law. On 11/07/2024 I scheduled appointment in person with Sarah Hart on Monday 11/11/2024 at 10 am to present important vital information for the case, it was confirmed by office staff, I also notified Sarah by email about appointment and she confirmed it. On 11/09/2024 she attempted to avoid this appointment first by switching it to phone call vs in person, then attempting to reschedule it. I insisted on in person because it was scheduled in person and it was my daughter's destiny at stake after years of trauma she endured. On SUNDAY 11/10/2024 at 9:05 am Sarah Hart sent me an email " I will be drafting a motion to withdraw that you can sign on Monday; otherwise there will be a hearing and additional costs". On SUNDAY! 4 days before the deadline of submitting information requested by the other party's attorney in order to comply (after second Motion to Compel). I HAD 4 DAYS to find a new attorney and respond to the deadline on my own or my case would be lost. If you could only imagine the stress and anguish. Thank God I had finances to pay for 20 more emails with Sarah Hart. I insisted on forwarding all communication provided in the discovery and I saw all the evidence of her failure to communicate vital information to judge provided by me to Sarah Hart from the beginning of her counsel. Last communication with Sarah and her office staff was on 11/14/2024, LESS than a year ago. Thank God I had finances to pay another 7,500 $ retainer for a new counsel. Thank God the new lawyer was a good person and a vigilant lawyer. My daughter and I are grateful forever to this man.

My lawyer Sarah Hart was amazing. She not only walked me through the process so I could understand it, she never once made me feel inept or crazy. She listened, was compassionate and made sure my child and I were heard throughout this process. I got everything I wanted and more. I totally recommend this firm they are very efficient and streamline the process for you.

Hightower Reff helped take me through my divorce with the highest level of ease. They walked me through the process. They allowed me to set the tone of how I needed my divorce to be handled and they were happy to let me take point in certain areas while being ready to take point on the things I couldn’t handle. While I hope to never have to call them again🤣, I would highly recommend them to anyone who feels lost and wants a helping hand from someone they feel like they could trust. 1000/10!!!
