I cannot thank Madison Hill enough for the incredible support she provided me during a difficult and emotional custody battle. What seemed like a simple process of my parents transferring custody of my two daughters back to me after a couple of years in recovery from substance abuse turned into a challenging ordeal because of their biological father. He refused to sign any documents, and at times, we couldn’t even locate him. Madison was a true professional every step of the way. She never judged me for my past or made me feel less than. Instead, she treated me with kindness, respect, and understanding. She guided me through the entire process of obtaining sole legal custody, worked tirelessly to terminate my daughters' biological father's parental rights, and even helped me change my daughters' last names to match mine. Single mother set a Consultation appointment, gave court dates before sending appointment, went to the appointment was charged $300 to be told by Steven M. King : He has A vacation planned on the court dates so he wouldn’t be able to be there to show up on her own and just hope for the best and if she loses custody, it only be temporary. I’m not sure if there’s any kind of disciplinary action could be done but I think the $300 consultation fee should be returned to said single mother. I would not under any circumstances recommend this law firm for anything.
