Hilliard & Swartz is the best divorce firm in the state of West Virginia. Allyson helped me during a tumultuous divorce and then with a subsequent difficult child custody dispute. During both cases she was very persistent, knowledgeable, kind and caring. She was also very honest, forthright, firm and straightforward, which is vital in these types of cases. I would highly recommend Allyson, I do not know what I would have done without her. You will not go wrong with retaining Allyson and Hilliard & Swartz.
