Kelsey is such a lovely person both inside and out. When I was in desperate need she was there not just as a lawyer but a great listener, and overall a great woman. She’s definitely an Angel send from above and cares for her client. I’ll infinitely recommend Hines immigration to anyone who needs help with legal assistance.
