Jeff & his staff were the best. Up front, to the point, yet very mindful & respectful of me. He always called when he said he would and was there when I needed him which is so important during a high stress situation. I would recommend him to anyone - his vast skills & knowledge aren't cheap but I can assure you, he's worth every penny.

Jeffrey Hynes called me to tell me that he would represent my case because I had a “probable cause” and he felt like it would be an easy win. He told me he charged $300/hr for a consultation. I told him fine, so I booked an appointment for two hrs. I was a little cautious because I didn’t want to spend all that money just to get turned around after receiving bad news. So I played it safe by rescheduling for just a hour. When I called back the receptionist transferred me to Jeffrey. I asked him if we could just do a hour. He got mad and said that he was kind of reluctant to represent me because I wasn’t focused and that I should have not been focused on how much I would be spending. So he told me he did not want to represent me anymore and wished me the best of luck. I think that was very rude of him. Everyone is not made of money. It wasn’t like I was trying to cancel the whole appointment. I just wanted to get consultation for ONE hour. I did not need a whole two hours because I had all my information in order. I knew exactly what I wanted to know and what I was going to ask. I felt as if Jeffrey was trying to bully me into spending money and not understanding that I just wanted to do a hour to save money. I planned on going with him to respresent me just based on a strong referral.

I hired Jeff a few years ago to represent me....an EMPLOYEE....in a Violation of my Civil rights case against an employer. He was about the only one I could find in the state of WI. that actually had The employee's best interest in mind He was straight forward with me about everything and did NOT try to bill me a bunch of hours that were unnecessary. He won the case for me and I HIGHLY recommend him.
