Much more expensive than other attorneys for same cases, erroneously my daughter hired him not knowing other attorneys charge less than the half of the price, for exactly same results. He’s Hispanic, he should help his community but he’s just thinking about money, he doesn’t help Hispanic people. Even for a single consultation while he was receiving payment for the case, he wanted to charge again for a consultation. Unbelievable!!

We retained this firm early 2020, if you are looking for an unprofessional team that answers the phone to screen calls and take messages for calls that don’t get returned, copies of paper work filed that aren’t received by the client stating they were returned via mail, or to deal with an attorney that has an extremely foul mouth that they call passionate - this is your team. I have called and left 4 “messages” for a callback over a course of 2 months and my husband has also called numerous times with no response. Since the last time we spoke with the attorney we have yet to obtain copies of the 2nd filing, or any type of response in regards to it. In the early stages of our working relationship, I received a call from one of the attorneys from a blocked number and he was extremely belligerent and demanding, since addressing this he has never been on anymore calls. However; Attorney Rosenberg is extremely on point and hardworking, she is thorough an explains items in depth ; she is knowledgeable, smart and kind.As far as the paralegal staff - in my opinion they need some help in phone and people skills.

Everything was explained in detail since the beginning. They did exactly what they said they would and always kept me informed of how my case was going. Very helpful and friendly staff. Delivered what they said they would. Very happy with Aaron and his staff. Very professional. I highly recommend Immigrant Defenders Law Group!!!!

They didt give us all the information about the fees and we were side blinded with and extra fee after we signed the contract we paid almost 1000 just to renew my DACA that how much it is just to get your DACA they over charged and only care about the money rather than helping this was my first time doing the process with them but from now on I'll be going back through my attorney in California were they were only gonna charge me 594 to renew . Update : since July I have been trying to get information about my case, they have lied about so many things they wont let me see the paper work they supposedly submitted in July I called October they said they bairly mailed it the day before I called I tried to make an appointment and the secretary baiscly refused to set one up and wouldn't get me get to someone with information about my case they never answere my calls and lie about the process go somewhere else because once you sign a contract with them the assistant will say "she wont make an appointment untill it is approved" and even then it feels like they are avoiding your calls im very unhappy with the service for the money they charged unprofessional.
