I initially hired Robert Sheldon again because he handled my husband's case back in 2013, and we were very pleased with the outcome at that time. Unfortunately, this experience was very different. From the start, communication was a major issue. The front desk staff were often difficult to speak with—rude, dismissive, and unclear in their explanations, which created confusion around our legal options. There seemed to be a consistent lack of communication not only with us but also internally within the firm. When we sought clarity, the responses often felt condescending, as if the problem was our misunderstanding rather than a lack of clear guidance. Ultimately, I chose to end my contract, feeling that I was not being taken seriously or receiving the support I needed. I have since retained another attorney who took the time to sit down with me, thoroughly explain everything, and treat me with the respect and professionalism that was missing from this experience. That said, I do want to acknowledge Flor, who was assigned to my case. She was attentive, pleasant, and obliging throughout our interactions. I’m grateful that at least one person at the firm made an effort to be courteous and helpful.

I highly recommend Robert Sheldon and his team for immigration services. Over the years, they have helped me with my work permits, guided me through the DACA process, and ultimately assisted me in obtaining my residency. Their dedication and professionalism made every step much easier to navigate. One of the things I truly appreciated was that their services were reasonably priced at the time. Prices may have changed since then due to worldwide changes, but I always felt I received great value for the help and guidance I got. The customer service was excellent—every time I needed something, they were friendly, patient, and went above and beyond. On multiple occasions when I was out of town, they even helped collect and hold important legal documents for me until I returned. That level of support gave me real peace of mind. I also want to recognize the receptionist, Isabella. She was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and always ready to answer my questions or help guide me through any concerns. Overall, this law firm has been a vital part of my immigration journey, and I am grateful for everything they’ve done for me. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of honest, reliable, and dedicated immigration legal services.
