I have recently used this firm and I must say I was impressed. This team went above and beyond for me they are fast effective and work extremely well as team. Shaina and team really made my green card experience a great experience. It seemed super easy even tho it was also challenging at times. They are all extremely friendly and helpful and will also talk you through every step efficiently. I highly recommend using this company for a fast reliable informative and friendly experience I can't thank them enough.

PLEASE SEE UPDATE BELOW REVIEW: We scheduled an appointment and waited for the call as agreed. This was a unique matter that required multiple people on our end to be available, which we coordinated. We also made that clear at the time of scheduling so everyone could block their calendars accordingly. The scheduled time came and went with no call. After waiting ten minutes, we called the firm and were told it “might be a few minutes later.” This is an attorney’s office—timeliness is not optional. An appointment time is an expectation, especially when a firm is being considered for work that would involve thousands of dollars in fees. After fifteen minutes, the individuals who had made themselves available for the call were forced to move on with their day, leaving us no choice but to cancel. This was entirely avoidable. Given the abundance of five-star reviews, this experience was surprising. Our limited interactions with this firm were consistently one-star at best. It’s disappointing, especially since the firm came recommended by a former client, and we genuinely expected a higher level of professionalism. UPDATE: Credit where it's due. Ms. Plaskin called us personally following this morning's confusion, and she was very helpful and guided us through what we needed to do and scheduled a time to do it. Thank you for your quick response, it goes a long way. We look forward to working with you!
