They charged 6k for an asylum and the employment permit was the only paper received. It is understandable that it takes time and effort but their customer service was nothing but horrible. They are not willing to be clear and answered the minimal questions, such as why we they can't have the account information(username/password) from USCIS from their own account. On top of that they charged $100 to change the address once you are in the middle of the process, when you can do it by yourself if you look deeper. They are trying to take advantage of people that need help. Be cautions about your investments not personal advice but I am sure there are better options somewhere else.
They took My wife case since October 2020 and they still haven’t done nothing. The only thing they do is steal money from these poor people and don’t have no resolve of fixing their life and the future. I recommend nobody used them because they are the worst kind of people they take your money, but they will not find your papers of anything. My wife been waiting for five years and nothing!!!!
They will help you get a work permit but after that if immigration calls you for an interview or a judge hearing they will leave you to fend for yourself and they also say you haven’t payed all of what they charge. SCAMMING the Latino community
This organization is a scam. They stole $8,000 from us, offering no real help with our deportation issues and merely pretending to assist while taking our money. They only handle the most straightforward paperwork before abandoning you. My husband initially filed for asylum with their help, and they assisted with obtaining his work permit and tax ID—basic tasks that anyone could do, which raised concerns for us. After our marriage, we sought their guidance on adjusting the process to apply for a spousal visa. Instead of receiving meaningful assistance, we got a letter informing us that a new lawyer had been assigned to our case. However, when I researched this lawyer, I discovered he was a tax attorney, not an immigration lawyer. We never spoke directly with a lawyer despite our repeated calls and messages. Whenever I requested an English-speaking representative, I was directed to someone who couldn’t communicate in English. Even after complaining and asking to speak to a lawyer, I was only connected to another assistant who couldn't speak English. Our new lawyer, now guiding us through this process, uncovered the organization's negligence. They failed to submit the necessary documents to the courts, and I had to repeatedly explain what needed to be done, as they didn’t understand my instructions in either Spanish or English. This demonstrates their lack of experience with the court system. It took them an unreasonable amount of time to provide us with copies of what they claimed to have submitted. When I finally reviewed the documents, I discovered they hadn’t even filed the G-28 form with the lawyer's information, and the paperwork falsely indicated that they were our representatives when filling out the application. This organization is preying on immigrants who are unaware of their rights, exploiting their vulnerability and abusing their power instead of providing genuine assistance. We should consider starting a class-action lawsuit against this organization. But we can't do it alone. We need others willing to speak up and join the cause. Together, we can make a difference.
