When starting up my new business, I was referred to IPS by my business consultant and I am so glad I chose them. We have been using IPS for payroll processing for the past 4 years. They have been nothing but fantastic to work with. My specialist, Ruxy, is always solution oriented whenever we have any needs. I also love they are a local, privately owned business.

IPS has been such a good fit for our company. We became a customer after VERY mediocre experiences with ADP and Paychex. It was critical that we have a point of contact that would be reliable and accessible. IPS is just that. Alyssa and Diane have treated us wonderfully! Our payroll is complicated and occurs weekly - they have always been there for me. Can't recommend enough!!

As a business owner for 14 years, and the last 3 years with IPS; I continue to have consistent and competent support from the payroll team. Additionally, their system ( i-solved) is very intuitive and often I can trouble shoot on my own. Ultimately, I would highly recommend IPS as a payroll vendor!
