I was referred to Jake by his grandma since 2019 for consultation and filing of my mother's petition (I-130) since I knew no one in Utah who could assist me with immigration process. With the exception of Attorney Adam Call, who took ownership of our case and knocked it out of the park at the end, this place was an absolute nightmare. They didn't know what they were doing and gave my wife incorrect legal advice, which caused two-year delay in the process and lost her $5000. They were horrible about communicating with us, even after we reached out to them multiple times. Once we finished making our payment installments to them, they never returned our calls or emails. I would not recommend them to anyone at all for any reason. And the reason for that, is that even though Adam came in at the end and squared everything away for us, they had him call me after I posted this review to ask what they could do to make the situation better so I would leave a higher review. I don't have a problem with that if somebody genuinely wants to make something right, instead of insult us. First, having Adam call us and not taking responsibility for themselves, speaks very lowly of them. They put him, a newer attorney with their firm, in a very awkward position. That is horribly unprofessional and cowardly. Adam and I had a great amicable conversation, and I told him that what would make it right as far as we were concerned was to refund the $5000 that they lost my wife from having given her bad legal advice. They offered $500, instead, which is a slap in the face to my wife for the extra worry and delay their inexperienced legal advice caused her. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If you’re looking for honest, caring, and professional lawyers, Intermountain Immigration is the way to go! It’s very difficult to find a trustworthy attorney, as so many are all about their financial gain and self-interest.
