I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent call to your office. When I called, the automated system asked me to select my preferred language (Spanish or English). I selected English, but my call was answered in Spanish by the receptionist, who explained she didn’t speak English—so the conversation had to continue in Spanish. If the front desk staff only speak Spanish, it might be better not to offer a language selection option for English. Additionally, I spent about 10 minutes trying to explain that I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 PM, but I had just received an email showing a different time. The receptionist kept telling me she didn’t see my name on the appointment list and then put me on a long hold. I understand she may be new, but having to repeat myself multiple times for something so simple was quite frustrating. I am only rating this a 3 because i am fan of Jonathan Shaw and his content.

With the exception of Attorney Adam Call, who took ownership of our case and knocked it out of the park at the end, this place was an absolute nightmare. They didn't know what they were doing, and that caused a significant delay in the process. They were horrible about communicating with us, even after we reached out to them multiple times. Once we finished making our payment installments to them, they never returned our calls or emails. I would not recommend them to anyone at all for any reason, UNLESS you specifically get Adam as your attorney. He will own your case and do an extraordinary job for you.

I been harassing by this company My case never was resolved.. I have by the way, zero credibility on those who supposed what they're doing But they didn't nothing. Be careful where you put all your money.
