Reviews
I cannot speak for the whole organization. The mission and the work that they promise to do are admirable and are much needed. However, my personal experience with one of its representatives named Racheal was very negative. A family member and I contacted MMJ for assistance. Racheal conducted an intake interview of my relative over the phone during which she was rude and disrespectful to my relative. After the intake interview we never heard back from MMJ about whether they would help my relative with his case or not. A year later, a letter arrived in mail informing him that MMJ cannot help him. The letter had my relative’s name with multiple mistakes in his first and last name. All of this shows how much MMJ cares about this particular applicant. It is truly sad that people who need the most help are treated so poorly by an organizations that claims to be their advocate. Within that same year, my relative was able to get help from another organization in town and get his issue successfully resolved within 3 months.
Extremely professional legal team and staff especially Ann Naffier is a very genuine, kind, hardworking lawyer. I am so glad I could work with this team. I highly recommend them.
