Had a decent run with this firm for several years. When your taxes are easy pay the fee and your returns will get processed in time usually at the last min. That is fine always meets the deadline. When you grow and need more LLC Management, out of state, personal taxes, you may want to look elsewhere. When mistakes are made it is the “client” who needs to resolve you still pay all the fees but get no assistance in the resolution. My recommendation would be to look at a more competent firm for the larger work. Like I said enjoyed the relationship when it was just simple tax returns. Fell apart when it became more difficult. Be careful.

Mr Longest did my parents’ taxes for many years. He is very nice, easy to communicate with and charges fair prices. I’m terribly grateful to him for his assistance in handling their estate.

Worst CPA I've ever had. I've never felt so neglected. Ignores emails, rarely returns phone calls, and they completely forgot about filing my 2020 taxes. Bad attitude to boot. Stay away.
