I am deeply concerned about Paul Gaudet and his conduct within the family court. Based on observations and experiences , it appears his decisions lack fairness and impartiality , raising serious questions about his integrity. The consistent patterns of bias and questionable judgment are troubling and this is just a few reasons he is no longer a judge. He ruled on many cases without a evidentiary hearing, a clear abuse of authority. He will never be a judge again after several failed attempts to be re elected. If you do research on him you will find many negative reviews, some very disturbing dating back to 2016 to present. Also these paid google reviews are not fooling anyone. This firm is really 3 stars at best. They employ anyone that can fog a mirror. Very low hiring standards

What happened with Paul M. Gaudet happened years ago, but the impact was so destructive that it’s still important to warn people about who this man is. He was in the middle of divorcing the mother of his three children so he could run off with his secretary, and the chaos showed. Distracted didn’t even begin to describe him. His mistakes - careless, obvious, and on crucial documents - ended up costing me real money. Two minutes before a court hearing, he had the audacity to tell me that if I’d paid him ten thousand instead of five, he would have “represented me differently.” I remember standing there, stunned, wondering if he realized he’d just admitted to selling integrity by the half-price increment. When I needed him to provide essential testimony from a prior case he’d handled, he flat-out refused, as if loyalty and professional duty were optional add-ons he could charge extra for. In the end, he proved himself completely devoid of integrity -unscrupulous doesn’t even begin to cover it. How he managed to end up on the bench remains a mystery. I can only assume someone, somewhere, benefited generously from his ambition.
