We had a problem involving a noise issue that made sleeping in our house at night almost impossible. To compound it, the noise was controlled by a Local Municipality that refused to turn off the sound at night. They would not work with us and we were forced to get legal representation. My interaction with Att. David Katz was a professional that knew his business, covered all grounds, was fair in pricing and didn't nickle and dime you.
