This is going to be my 2nd time with Kelly as my Lawyer and there are tons of words that I can use to describe Kelly when it comes to her in the court room or if we are just speaking on the phone or in person. PHENOMENAL. Kelly is AMAZING at what she does and how fierce she is. Also has compassion but also gives you straight answers. No beating around the bush with her. I will ALWAYS use Kelly for anything family related since that is what she practices. If it wasn't for her, my son would not be in a safe environment and myself would not be at peace. I am GRATEFUL for you Kelly. If you are looking for a family lawyer, Kelly is the only one I would deal with and trust. Thank you for EVERYTHING you did and will continue to do for me and my son.

I been dealing with a long extensive custody battle that started in NC and ended up in NJ even after NC courts granted me full legal and physical custody, the other party tried to file emergent custody in NJ and through out the entire ordeal. Ms.McGriff helped me through this tough time. Being a father and being accused of DV, I feel the system is rigged againsts males or atleast fathers. Despite beating all charges against me and not being able to earn cause of them in the last 10 months, worst thing was not being able to see or hear from my kids thanks to Ms.McGriff I was finally able to do so.
