We just completed our immigration process and we had a wonderful experience working with Tara Nalepa on our green card case. Tara was fantastic throughout the entire process. She was responsive and accessible, which we really appreciated. Whenever we had a question or concern, she was available to guide us and explain what to expect. This made the process considerably less stressful. When our USCIS interview was scheduled, Tara thoroughly prepared us, reviewed our case and documents with us, and made sure we knew what to expect. She also attended the interview with us. Our case was ultimately approved, and we are extremely grateful to Tara for guiding us through the entire journey. We would highly recommend Tara Nalepa and Kennedy, Nalepa & Soloway, P.C. to anyone looking for an immigration attorney.

I highly recommend this firm. I worked with Theresa Kennedy and her team on my employment-based green card application, which was successfully approved. My immigration category involved very strict USCIS requirements and required a carefully prepared and well-supported submission. Throughout the process, I relied on Theresa and her team’s extensive experience handling these types of cases, and the outcome was completely successful. They were knowledgeable, responsive, clear, and transparent throughout every stage of the process. I always felt that my case was being handled carefully and professionally, and I greatly appreciated their guidance and attention to detail. For anyone considering an employment-based immigration application or another complex immigration matter, I would strongly recommend working with this firm. Hiring experienced and well-regarded professionals was absolutely worthwhile, and I had an excellent experience with the entire team.

One of the best decisions I made during my green card journey was choosing Tara and her team. Tara was always there to answer my questions and reassure me. She was my therapist and lawyer at the same time! 😄 She even stayed late to help me respond to my RFE before the deadline and came early for our interview without charging any extra fee. I’m truly grateful for Tara, Andi, and the entire team for going above and beyond. If you’re looking for an immigration lawyer who genuinely cares and will go the extra mile, I highly recommend them!
