Very caring and really committed to helping in any way he can. He was very helpful every step of the way in our adopting our great-grandson and gave us very positive answers to our concerns. Being in our 60s we just wanted him not to go through the system and keep in with us. Ken said "family is family" that's all that matters. It's been over 10 years and I feel I could still call on him for everything.
