I’ve called multiple times and left multiple voicemails with my name and my number in a brief message and I have never heard anything back. I’ve been calling since November. What is the point of telling someone to leave a message when you’re not even going to get back to them?

Sent my mother here and the translator could barely speak Spanish. She was incredibly rude to my mother, getting frustrated when she did not understand her the first time and yelling. Horrible treatment, lack of empathy here

The employees work hard to make the refugees happy and help them with everything. They are dedicated to working with the refugees with a smile, may God bless them.
