I have called this attorney’s office to schedule a consultation and the person i talked to took down my information to schedule and told me how much the consultation will be - as soon as i told her that i have a metlife legal plan, she told me that they are at full capacity with cases at this time. May be you should unsubscribe from met life if you are not willing to honor clients who have legal plans!!!- i am reporting this business to met life and BBB!

Ari is the best attorney, and Mr. Khasawneh as well. I found them through my legal insurance from my job, Ari has given me 3 consultations so far, he brought up 2 options for my case, one with his representation and another one with his guidance. He never acted like all he cared was money, he is a genuine, kind, humble human being and I truly think he looks for the best options to help people. Mr. Khasawneh married my husband and I, he is a nice soul, he had kind words for both of us, and even gave us marriage advice to be together for a long time. This firm makes treat people like human not dollar numbers and for that reason I will always recommend everyone to them!

Deeply Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I had a highly frustrating and disappointing experience with Rateb “Ron” Khasawneh and Ari M. Pompas. In my opinion, their handling of my case was unprofessional and careless. Communication was poor throughout the process — emails and calls often went unanswered, and when I did get a response, it lacked clarity and urgency. I felt like my concerns were ignored, my time was wasted, and my trust was misplaced. I relied on them for legal guidance and instead was met with vague advice, missed deadlines, and a general sense that my case wasn’t being taken seriously. Legal representation should bring peace of mind — this experience brought me stress, confusion, and regret. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend their services to others.
