Bad service with bad attitude. I called for a consultation. Because It was through my employer. They took the confirmation key. Then immediately didn’t want even to schedule an appointment to look at my case or understand it more. They don’t care about their cases and once they get paid they don’t even pretend that they care.

Deeply Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I had a highly frustrating and disappointing experience with Rateb “Ron” Khasawneh and Ari M. Pompas. In my opinion, their handling of my case was unprofessional and careless. Communication was poor throughout the process — emails and calls often went unanswered, and when I did get a response, it lacked clarity and urgency. I felt like my concerns were ignored, my time was wasted, and my trust was misplaced. I relied on them for legal guidance and instead was met with vague advice, missed deadlines, and a general sense that my case wasn’t being taken seriously. Legal representation should bring peace of mind — this experience brought me stress, confusion, and regret. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend their services to others.

Ari pompas was my attorney for name change he did a great job! He was very helpful with my whole situation and got my son’s name change approved would definitely recommend !

So, the only reason I hired this attorney is because of some personal issues regarding my husband and I. When I first met this man, I didn’t like his “snickering” and how he felt the need to laugh at things. First of all, a professional does not laugh or snicker over important matters. Anyway, due to his unprofessional manners this is why I give him a 1 star. The other attorney in the office named Arie or however you spell it have extremely wonderful manners. My husband decided to file a Civil Protection Order against me for a silly reason. He then went and hired this attorney. Thankfully my husband’s attorney listened attentively to my side and concerns over the phone. He then suggested a counter offer “a mutual CPO”. This guy is pretty awesome!! He was able to get my husband on board as he thought we would battle it out in the court room. So thankful that we were able to come up with a solution that works. He makes the second attorney here in town that I will be recommending to people. Wishing you luck Attorney Arie in all your future endeavors. Thank you for taking the time to listen today.
